Our entry level Bronze winter pool cover has the strength and durability of covers costing twice as much. Rugged polyethylene scrim and coating means that this winter pool cover can withstand winters worst.

Arctic Armor Bronze winter pool covers are U.V. protected so they will last for years in direct sunlight. The Bronze cover’s black underside retards algae growth and heat sealed seams means a crystal clear pool next spring. Our Bronze pool cover comes with loops every four feet to secure water bags and corner grommets allow for extra tie down in windy areas.

The strength of a winter cover determined by the weight, or "denier", of the individual stands. Arctic Armor strands are 50% stronger than imported covers.

Tough polypropylene thread will not rot like cotton thread, and sewn seams are stronger and will not split apart like the cheaper heat-sealed seams. Rugged tie-down loops are used instead of grommets that can rust and fall out.

Arctic Armor pool covers are constructed of an extremely tight weave fabric that does not allow light to pass through. Without sunlight, algae cannot grow!
