The CHALLENGER High Flow Pool Pump is designed to provide years of trouble-free performance in installations that don't require high pressure, such as residential pools without a spa. Like all Pentair pumps, CHALLENGER is quiet, ruggedly built, and exceptionally reliable.
Pump components are custom molded thermoplastic for superior strength and durability. All components developed and perfected through Computer Assisted Design for maximum pressure performance at minimum operating expense.
Standard features include:
▪ Thermoplastic pump components are strong, durable,
and corrosion resistant.
▪ Specially designed internal components and 2" ports
provide rapid priming and quiet operation.
▪ Extra-large strainer basket extends time between cleanings.
▪ Transparent strainer lid with comfortable handle
provides easy access to strainer basket.
▪ One-bolt stainless steel clamp removes easily to
provide quick access for maintenance.
Other features include:
▪ Power end can be removed easily for service or winterizing
without disturbing piping or pump support base.
▪ No tools required for removing thumbscrew drain plugs
for draining or winterizing.
